Dashugs- Payment Terms and Conditions

These payment terms and conditions outline the financial arrangements between Dashugs and clients, venues, event organizers, or any party engaging the Band’s services. By hiring the Band or making any payments to us, you agree to comply with these payment terms.

1. Payment Agreement:
Before the Band performs at an event or engagement, a written agreement shall be established between the Band and the client, detailing the services to be provided, the performance date(s), compensation, and any other relevant terms.

2. Deposit and Payment Schedule:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed fee shall be paid upon signing the performance agreement to secure the Band’s services for the specified date(s). The remaining balance is due [Number of Days/Weeks] before the performance date.

3. Method of Payment:
Payments can be made via cash, check, or electronic bank transfer. Any associated transaction fees or currency conversion costs shall be borne by the client.

4. Currency:
All payments shall be made in [Your Preferred Currency] unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Additional Expenses:
If the engagement requires the Band to travel beyond [Your Base Location], the client shall cover all necessary travel, accommodation, and meal expenses. These expenses will be outlined in the written agreement and must be paid in advance or upon the Band’s arrival at the event location.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:
In the event of cancellation by the client, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned. If the cancellation occurs within [Number of Days/Weeks] of the performance date, the client shall be liable to pay the full agreed fee to compensate for the Band’s loss of other potential bookings.

7. Force Majeure:
The Band shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the client and the Band shall work together to reschedule the performance if possible.

8. Performance Obligations:
The Band agrees to deliver the agreed-upon performance to the best of their abilities and in accordance with the written agreement. Any specific requirements or technical arrangements must be communicated in advance.

9. Sound and Technical Equipment:
The client shall provide appropriate sound and technical equipment as per the Band’s specifications, or arrangements for equipment rental and setup shall be made separately and discussed in the written agreement.

10. Indemnification:
The client agrees to indemnify and hold the Band harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the client’s negligence, breach of contract, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

11. Ownership of Recordings:
Any audio or video recordings of the Band’s performance made by the client shall remain the property of the Band and may only be used for promotional purposes with the Band’s explicit written consent.
